Antifragile You Curriculum: What's Inside?

Week 1: Situational Awareness & Existential Clarity
We begin by confronting the reality of our times, reframing collapse not as the exception but as the backdrop. We'll unpack “existential schizophrenia,” the tension of holding joy and dread together, and why spiritual bypass and pure optimization fall short.

This week sets the foundation with the Self → Family → Community → World framework and a 21st-century lens on grounded enlightenment.
Week 2: Daily Protocols & Nervous System Training
You’ll build your antifragile “flywheel” through small, consistent rituals that expand your emotional bandwidth and stabilize your system.

We introduce embodied practices (Flow-State Deep Rest protocol, functional mobility, breath, etc.) designed to discharge stress and rewire resilience. You’ll also adopt a physical place to care for and anchor your nervous system to something alive and local.
Week 3: Calendaring Your Antifragile Life
This week is about redesigning your relationship to time and meaning. You’ll learn how to anchor awe, grief, and play into your week... shifting from dopamine chasing to rhythm and ritual. When your life has structure, you can go further and deeper with your practices.
Week 4: Interpersonal Leadership & Conflict Clarity
You’ll gain tools to navigate interpersonal and cultural tension, which we're seeing increasing amounts of these days. Specifically how to neutralize lower-level petty dynamics (which drag down everyone's progress) calling everyone to higher ground.
Week 5: Trauma Recovery & Narrative Repair
We look at trauma not just as an event but as a broken story and begin the work of healing.

You’ll explore the grief of “late-stage everything,” reconnect with beauty and memory, and write new mythologies that stretch across generations. This is where hope stops being naïve and becomes strategic.
Week 6: Dissolving Parodox: How to Strategically Map Uncertain Times
We close by training your capacity to hold tension without collapse. You’ll learn to recognize and navigate key polarities (stability vs. change, self vs. service, grief vs. gratitude) without defaulting to extremes.

This is where antifragility becomes your default worldview. You'll move from reactive survivalism to long-term stewardship.
Bonus: Post-Tragic Leadership & Becoming Undefeatable
We'll unpack the psychological rate-limiters that derail leaders (complexity, betrayal, heartbreak) and learn how to stay steady when the world gets loud.

How much time does the course take?

We recommend blocking 3-5 hours per week for optimal results.

What's the tuition for the course?

Our professional leadership courses range from $5K - $15K depending on in-person elements (like canyoneering, backcountry skiing, psychographic assessments, biomarkers, etc).

These are premium trainings that we've shared with Fortune 100 clients, elite military units and extreme athletes.

That said, this course is a little bit different because it doesn't feel optional, for any of us. And, these tools apply for anyone responsible for leading others, professionally or not.
